To participate in the Move Out Loud project

a. Register in www.rhiz.eu
b. Register in the Move Out Loud project
c. Wait to be contacted by the MOL Team
d. See the last video and react: REC > DANCE > UPLOAD
e. Register your organization/structure/company

a. How do I register? / How do I create my personal profile?

1. Click "Join now"at the top of the screen and fill in the required info. Confirm by clicking the button "Join Now".

2. In the pink page, which will be your personal profile, write your name and present yourself, what you do and what you like. Add your contact details (you can choose who can see them) or you can also use the address and telephone of your organisation if you prefer.

3. Add one or more photos by clicking the PHOTO icon . When you're done, click "Save this page".

4. To the right, select some keywords that you you like or that define your interests.

Please note: when you register, our system automatically sends a confirmation to your e-mail address so that you can activate your Rhiz.eu account. If you do not activate your account, you will not be able to log in the next time you visit our website (if you don't receive this e-mail, read further below what to do).

b. Register in the Move Out Loud project

To register in the Move Out Loud , you need to be registered in rhiz.
Then you go to All about Move Out Loud Page in www.rhiz.eu/artefact-14047-en.html and leave a comment saying “I want to move out loud”.
The MOL Team will receive your comment, then you will be in the list.

c. Wait for the contact by the MOL Team

When your time comes you will receive an email from the MOL Team and the video that you have to follow. You will have 3 days to upload your video. But the quicker everyone is the faster this choreography grows.

d. REC>DANCE>UPLOAD

Choose a place, outside, inside, you choose.
TO KEAP THE CHAIN EFFECT you have to memorize the last movement or position of the previous dancer.
Then REC and DANCE. Be aware of the time but free of movement and creativity restraints.

To Upload a video

1. Click "+ New Contribution" at the top of the screen and select "+ New Project".

2. In the green page, write the “MOL #your number_Title of the video” and a description of the video you made: like the space it was filmed for example. Add your video by clicking the PHOTO icon .

3.It is VERY IMPORTANT that in the grey bar at the top of the screen, you add info on location (city) of the project; to the right, select the “MOL – Move Out Loud” keyword that you can find by clicking the “On going activities on rhiz.eu”.

4. THE VIDEOS CANNOT BE LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES (1:30minutes advised)

5. MAXIMUM SIZE 16 MB

6. USE QUICKTIME MOVIES WITH .mov OR .avi

7. The MOL Team will send you after the Previous<< Next>> code so that the videos can flow from one to another.

e. How do I create a profile for my organisation(s)?

If you have an organization, structure or company you should also register it rhiz.eu so that people know you better.

First you need to have a personal profile (see above). You also need to be logged in on Rhiz.eu.

1. Click "+ New Contribution" at the top of the screen and select "+ New Organisation".

2. In the blue page, write the name of your organisation and add some info about its mission, activities, etc. Add your organisation's contact details.

3. Add your logo, other images or photos by clicking the PHOTO icon .

4. To the right, select some keywords that define your organisation and its activities. When you're satisfied with your org's profile, click "Save this page".

Please note: to connect the organisation to your profile, click "Works for" and confirm.

If you work for more organisations, you can create a profile for each of them by repeating this process.
