Why not make it open for everyone?

I am a citizen of Belarus engaged in public cultural management. The Academy description seems awesome in many ways. I really would like to participate, but my country is not in the list. Is there any way I could be considered for participation?
Thanks!

Can ... participate?

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for your positive feedback and interest in participating.

This call is meant for individuals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. Unfortunately, cultural managers from countries which are not the ones listed in the call are not eligible to apply for participation in the Black Sea Academy.

But if you know cultural entrepreneurs and manager from the listed countries, please pass on the call to them. We would really be very thankful if you help us spread the word.

Thanks again!
