After 5 years at the European Cultural Foundation (ECF, www.eurocult.org), I moved on to new challenges. I'm now working in Communications at Balkan Buro (www.balkanburo.org).
My background is in European studies, identity issues and its construction in Europe, especially through visual culture.
I came to The Netherlands to study and ended up staying year after year as Amsterdam casted its magical incantation over me. I really love the city and being able to ride my bike anywhere!!... OK, I sometimes miss the sunny skies of Lisbon, my home town, but go back often enough to recharge my batteries.
In my spare time, I mostly hang out with my friends. I like drawing, cooking (I dare you to taste the flavourful Portuguese cuisine), going to concerts, dancing, and travelling. I love to meet people from other cultures and to learn foreign languages.
