I'm Sara, an on-location photographer & artist currently based near Ely in Cambridgeshire, specialising in stock images, children's photography, lifestyle portraits, weddings, all kinds of events and commercial photography.

I was born into a creative family in Salzburg, Austria - to an English mother and an Austrian father, who bought me my first camera at the age of 6. From this point, I discovered my love for photography. To capture a moment, an expression, the mood of a day, to create a record of memories which can be cherished forever... well this is what makes me wake up in the morning loving my job!

For the past 4 years, I have been earning my living as a professional photographer and artist in Austria and I returned to England in 2011.
I have since been busy building my portfolio in the UK with projects including party photography, children's portraits and working with retail clients on their marketing materials. I have also built a library of 2,000+ stock images for use in commercial work

photography is a language which is understood all over the world. it captures a place, a moment, emotions and some kind of memories in all of us. using this medium I can communicate with everyone through my pictures and this is an essential part of my visual expression.

it is frequently these small objects that go unnoticed as we survey the broader scene without giving full attention to individual items and as a result often fail to recognize the meaning of the detail. through my work I aim to show how beautiful these small things are and to obtain a point of view which will set the focus on the less obvious visual things in life.
